Our professional and friendly staff has over 150 years of combined experience in orthodontics. Each member has received advanced training in the area of orthodontics and participates in continuing education courses to maintain the highest quality of care. Together with Dr. Roblee, we have successfully treated over 10,000 smiling faces in our 24 years of practice. We all promise to give our patients our best!

My name is Carolyn . I have been with Roblee Orthodontics for 18 years. I have been married to my husband, Arthur, for 38 years. We have 2 children and 3 adorable grandchildren. I love my job, but most of all, I love to shop!

My name is Harry and I have been employed at Roblee Orthodontics for 15 years. I have been a dental technician since 1959. I have been married to my wife, Lou, for 49 years. We have a son, Jeff, a granddaughter, Ella, who is 4 years old. We like to camp and fish.

My name is Mary and I have worked here since April 1, 2002. I love what I do! I enjoy working with my hands and problem solving -- I have the aptitude for it. Since I'm in the lab, I am behind the scenes hero - I thrive there! I strive to have a positive attitude and to help out whenever and however I can. When I am not doing what I love to do here, I am usually building or repairing something. I love to read, cook, watch movies, and go to performances at the Walton Arts Center. I am also involved and volunteer at my church. Through my father I inherited a love for sports and passion for the Razorbacks! Go hog!

My name is Cara . I started to work for Dr. Roblee when he started his practice in 1989. I worked for him for nearly 6 years before I left to start my family. I returned to Roblee Orthodontics on April 1st, 2009. My husband Rob and I have a son, Jason, and a daughter, Emily. We enjoy bike riding, camping, hiking and just about anything else involving the outdoors. I am thrilled to be back at Roblee Orthodontics and look forward to seeing you in the office.

My name is Sheila . I have been working in orthodontics over 10 years now and the last 3 have been with Dr. Roblee. I love my job, most of all being a part of creating that beautiful smile. I have one daughter and three spoiled dogs, and have lived in NWA most of my life. I enjoy boating, gardening, and most of all love to shop!

Hi I'm Megan. I am from Fort Smith and I love living in Fayetteville. I went to NWACC and completed their Dental Assisting Program. I'm really enjoying my new career in orthodontics. I also finally got a new puppy that I enjoy spoiling.

My name is Molly. I am new to the Roblee team, and became a member in October 2011. In the past I worked at an orthodontist office in Indiana, where I am originally from. My family still lives in Indiana, including my parents, two sisters, a brother and two nieces that I love very much. I recently moved to Northwest Arkansas with my boyfriend to further our careers and move closer to his family. We love to spoil our dog Rocco, travel and spend time with our friends and family.

I am very excited to start my career as a bilingual customer service representative here at Roblee Orthodontics. I love dancing, traveling, and spending time with my boyfriend David, family and friends.

My name is Katie and I am new to the Roblee team. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2007 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Since graduating, I have worked in Medical Sales and Marketing and recently decided to make a career change. In addition to working with new patients, I will also be working in Marketing and Sales with US Health Record. I grew up in Northwest Arkansas and love living here. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, running with my dog, Cru, watching movies and reading.
